This is a nice article about 75Hard. But losing 20kg in 40days means losing about 1/2kg or 1lb/day (7lbs/week - consistently?) which is very intense. While you have talked about two workouts a day, you haven't mentioned your diet. Even with 2 x 45 mins workouts a day achieving this much weight loss seems very high. What was your fat percentage, did you gain muscle, what were your macros, your water consumption (75Hard recommends 1 gallon) most on that program have a tough time with water.
A 20 kg wt loss should warrant a before-after picture, even if you mask your face for privacy. Anyway, just my thoughts since I have followed this program too.
