I started a diet with no added salt, high in protein, basic lean chicken/white fish, lots of vegetables, fruit and lots of water. I workout 6 days/wk, lifting, cardio... I pee a lot, my BP lowered and the BP meds lowered by half. Maintaining low BP currently, meds may go lower.
